1.   "Since the Digital Signature of all concerned officers in AEO / DEO in the state is being intitialised from 7th of November 2013, all Aided Primary/High Schools in the state are directed to lock all data and get it authenticated by concerned officers in AEO/DEO by 5th of November. All AEO/DEO are requested to authenticate the locked data presented to them"
